About Cara Armstrong Kindergarten

A kindergarten with a beautiful outdoor area for an indoor/outdoor program that provides for exploration, experimentation and the development of social skills. 

Children are respected and valued as contributors to their own learning through a child-centred program involving practical play-based experiences that help foster a sense of wonder.

3-year-old kindergarten program

Bumblebees – 22 places

This program offers 13 hours and 30 minutes of free kinder per week.

This program offers 15 hours of free kinder per week, and 5 hours and 15 minutes of additional optional hours.

2024 fees per term

The Victorian Government Free Kinder initiative is available at this kindergarten. Concession rates are not applicable.

3-year-old kindergarten program:

  • Bumblebees free kinder hours (13 hours and 30 minutes per week): Free

4-year-old kindergarten program:

  • Grasshoppers free kinder hours (15 hours per week): Free
  • Grasshoppers additional hours (5 hours and a15 minutes per week): $950

Early childhood education and care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standard (NQS) to:

  • promote continuous improvement in the provision of quality education and care
  • improve knowledge and access to information about the quality of services to help families make informed decisions about their child’s education and care.
