Use the Biller Code and Reference Number on your infringement notice. Online: pay securely with our Online payments tool. You’ll need the infringement number on your notice. Post to City of Boroondara, Private Bag 1, Camberwell VIC 3124.We don’t accept postal delays as a reason for late payment.We don’t issue receipts for payments posted to us.Ask to pay by instalmentsIf you can’t pay your fine by the due date, you can ask to pay it off in instalments (make a payment plan). This means you make regular fortnightly or monthly payments until the fine is paid.You can apply for a payment plan if you are the registered owner or formally nominated driver of the vehicle and you have one of the following:a Centrelink pensioner concession carda Department of Veterans' Affairs pensioner concession carda Centrelink health care carda Seniors card.You must provide a photocopy of one of the cards listed above.
