About Studley Park Kindergarten

Studley Park Kindergarten supports children to be independent and inquisitive learners through a combination of open ended and intentional learning experiences. The kindergarten aims to provide a program that develops strong and confident learners by supporting experiences that create a foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

The program incorporates real life experiences that connect to home, culture and community whilst providing a platform for social learning. Studley Park Kindergarten has two outdoor play spaces, and the outdoor program includes caring for vegetable patches and looking after resident chickens Rosie and Brave.

The kindergarten prioritises children’s security and wellbeing and values the integral family and community connections in their program. Since 1957, they have strived for close partnerships between the kindergarten, families, and the community.

Studley Park Kindergarten is managed by Ballarat YMCA. Find out more on The Y Kinders website.
