Travel Registers for councillors and council staff

The Local Government Act 2020 (the 2020 Act) requires councillors and council staff to keep a record of all required travel interstate or internationally for business purposes.

Penalties apply for false or incomplete travel expenses, and for failing to lodge within the legislated time frames.
