Content components Our achievements for theme 4 for 2025–26 include:We strengthened relationships with Traditional Owners and First Peoples through consultation with the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung on the Boroondara Heritage Strategy and the Gardiners Creek Masterplan, partnering to deliver events such as National Sorry Day and guided walks along the Wurundjeri Trail, and through biannual Boroondara Reconciliation Stakeholder Network meetings.A new Customer Relationship Management platform was introduced in October 2025, to improve how we respond to and support our community.Our 10-year Financial Plan and 10-year Asset Plan 2025-35 were adopted in October 2025, providing a clear framework to support the long-term financial sustainability and maintenance of community assets.Council adopted the refreshed Boroondara Community Plan 2025-35 in October 2025, bringing together the Community Vision, Council Plan and Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan into a single long-term plan for the future of Boroondara.We had over 115,000 visitors to our community consultation website Your Say Boroondara, demonstrating strong community participation in shaping Council projects, plans and services.
