Profile

Cr Nolan has lived in Kew East for over 26 years and is married with 3 adult children. His interests include walking, bike riding, tennis, reading, and spending time with his family.

Cr Nolan’s vision for Boroondara is for strong, connected and sustainable communities. 'As a Council, we should not only focus on maintaining infrastructure … we should be creating places and opportunities for community connection and engagement.'

Cr Nolan was first elected to Bellevue Ward in 2024.

Cr Nolan enjoys walking and bike-riding, tennis and spending time with extended family. He also is a keen book reader, and likes getting to Boort or down to Merricks Beach.
