Mental Health and Wellbeing Month is an opportunity to reflect on the different aspects of wellbeing – physical, mental, social and emotional – and how they influence one another.
Explore the events below to get involved, stay active and take part in community activities that support your wellbeing.
Delivered online via MS Teams
You’ll find a range of books, magazines and online resources that are all free at our libraries to support your mental health and wellbeing.
Browse and reserve recommended wellbeing reads from library staff in our Mental Health Month reading list.
You can also pick up a mental health and wellbeing support card that’s full of handy contacts and free services. There’s always someone to talk to when you need help.
Mental health helps us cope with the stresses of life, maintain relationships, learn, work, enjoy life and contribute to our community. Maintaining wellbeing is an ongoing practice.
