Rowen Street Kindergarten renewal Content components We recently renewed Rowen Street Kindergarten to better meet the needs of children, families, and the teaching team at the kindergarten, now and into the future. The Victorian Government contributed $300,000 to this project as part of its Building Blocks Early Learning Capacity Building grants program. About the project We worked with the kindergarten’s committee of management and families to develop a concept design. Key features include: Extension of one of the kindergarten rooms A better layout to create easier access to the kindergarten rooms from the foyer Upgrades to the entry, foyer, and toilets to make the building accessible for people of all abilities A new shared office and planning area with a kitchenette A new meeting room.
