Qi Gong is a form of Tai Chi designed to achieve mind-body balance. Run over 10 weekly sessions and facilitated by a highly experienced instructor.

Catering for over 50’s, Strength & Balance is designed as a low impact class to increase and maintain your strength, flexibility, balance & coordination. Classes will include mobility, strength & and aerobic training targeted to improve your overall fitness levels.
