Some of our services are closed or have different hours over Easter, from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April.

Once your baby is born, the hospital notifies our Maternal and Child Health (MCH) team.

We contact you to organise a visit within the first few days of arriving home. Our nurses check your baby's health and progress. They'll connect you with the MCH centre of your choice.

Each time you visit the MCH centre, a nurse will review your child's progress and talk to you about any concerns you have about your baby or parenting issues.

To make an appointment at any MCH centre:

Take your My Health, Learning and Development book (known as the 'green book') to your MCH centre appointment.
