Our Council Assets – Leasing and Licensing Policy aims to provide a consistent and transparent approach for us to enter into formal agreements with community groups and organisations to occupy Council-managed assets. This policy applies to all Council-owned, Crown Land and other land we control.

We provide various assets for public use. This policy ensures responsible management and accountability.
