EligibilityCitizen of the Year AwardThe person you’re nominating:must be an Australian Citizen who lives, works, studies or volunteers in the City of Boroondaramust be someone else (we don’t accept self-nominations)can't be a current Councillor or Council officer of the City of BoroondaraAn unsuccessful nominee from a previous year can be nominated again.
