Our U3A is a welcoming environment that aims to provide learning opportunities and social interaction for retired and semi-retired members of the community. We hold activities from Monday to Friday each week. There is a wide range of classes and activities on offer and presenters are drawn from both outside and within the member group. We run over 70 full year courses – languages, exercise and walking groups, literature and film groups, music courses, art classes, extending your thinking sessions, history groups and travel presentations. These are all led by member tutors. Plus more than 80 short courses each term presented by local, interstate, and international lecturers.

Activities we run include monthly talks, walks and visits as well as a regular group managing a 'cyber' investment portfolio and a group meeting to enjoy HD classical music videos. Monthly meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Cost: contact club for details.

We offer activities including book clubs, cards, cinema, cycling, dressmaking, excursions, footy tipping, golf, walking, theatre/concerts, armchair travel and a men's chat group. Runs on the first Monday of each month from 10 am to 12 pm (noon).

Our club conducts Special Interest Groups (SIG’s) on topics ranging from bridge, heritage/genealogy, computer, investment, photography, to woodcraft as well as having walking groups, golf, dining out, lunch and chat, theatre and travel outings. Cost: please contact the club for details.

We are a Probus Club, which provides fellowship, fun and friendship to all retirees. We meet on the second Friday of each month except January from 10 am to noon. We have coffee mornings, a walking group, a group subscribing to the Malvern Theatre company and we also have day activities visiting places of interest. Cost: contact club for details.

We're a dynamic and caring community centre delivering a range of programs and activities for seniors in Boroondara. We offer a full exercise program, weekly bus outings, a Supported Lifestyle Program for people with mild dementia/some cognitive decline, a fortnightly ladies' discussion group, digital learning, table tennis, special events, guest speakers and information sessions, door-to-door transport, allied health podiatry and physio, and more. There's something for everyone and our aim is to keep seniors living full and independent lives in their community.
