Blokes in the Kitchen is a great way for men to learn some simple easy-to-cook-at-home recipes in the company of other men. Come along and learn to cook under the guidance of chef Shawn and then share a meal and some great conversation together. This is a friendly and welcoming group who enjoy good food and company.

BASSCARE offers these sessions four times a week. Volunteers can assist you with understanding your device, adding apps and even how internet banking works.

Croquet and gateball are games are played by all genders and ages, using mallets to hit balls through hoops on a grass court. Skills and strategies develop over time, and the club offers four codes to suit social and competitive play. Games are available every day of the week. Try it out with 3 free training sessions. We supply all equipment and training needed. Flat-soled shoes required. After your 3 free sessions, there is a membership fee of $150 per year (our year begins in July - if you join later you will be charged pro rata) and a greens fee of $4 for each day of play.
