BASScare have a range of exercise classes to suit your needs and activity levels from novice chair-based exercises to energetic strength and balance classes.

We are a mixed group of seniors whose Club has monthly Monday meetings with a guest speaker. Other varied and interesting activities are also organised including dine-outs, excursions, theatre, films, walks, garden groups, caravan and cabin group, craft and conversation group, picnics.
