The Australian Vietnamese Association runs a range of activities including talking, sharing stories, gentle Qigong exercises, traditional dance, table tennis, tai chi, line dancing, gentle exercise, digital skills, singing, games, excursions and events. Runs on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. Cost: $20 per year.

Camberwell Bowls Club is a welcoming club, and it is about community and people. It is a venue where the community can meet, socialise and play the great sport of lawn bowls. Cost: $300 for the first year, then $500 per year for ongoing membership. Runs every day.

Regular concerts, which are popular with older Kew residents. Our band features brass, woodwind and percussion instruments. We play swing, classical, pop, film and traditional band music (e.g. marches). Runs on Fridays during the school term from 7:30 pm to 10 pm. Cost: free.

Camberwell Chorale is a mixed Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass choir, performing major and lesser known works from the classical chorale repertory, typically with around five concerts each year. New choristers are always welcome. Please feel free to come and sit in on a rehearsal before you join. Cost: price varies, please see our website for more information. Runs on Tuesdays from 7:30 pm to 10 pm.

Enjoy lawn bowling in an attractive facility, free coaching provided. Play socially with friends, or competitively in Tuesday and Saturday pennant competitions. It is a fun and challenging activity for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. It's a great way to keep fit and healthy, and meet people. Come and try one of our life drawing, painting or portraiture sessions. We have a range of tutored and untutored classes, for beginners and advanced artists. A full timetable of day and evening sessions is available on the website.

Victoria Park Tennis Club offers social tennis for adults and competition and social tennis for children. Coaching is also provided on a commercial basis for people of all ages. We have about 150 members with ages ranging from under 10 to over 90.

Camberwell Camera Club, a friendly group with nearly 70 years of history and about 150 active members, welcomes new members with all levels of photographic experience. The Club meets every Monday at 7:30 pm for guest presentations and workshops, as well as offering mid-week outings, and it's annual ‘beyond point and shoot’ course which will help you take your photography to the next level.
