We are a Probus Club, which provides fellowship, fun and friendship to all retirees. We meet on the second Friday of each month except January from 10 am to noon. We have coffee mornings, a walking group, a group subscribing to the Malvern Theatre company and we also have day activities visiting places of interest. Cost: contact club for details.

The Senior Divas are a vibrant bunch who look forward to getting together and discussing all sorts of things. The Kew Garden Club meets once a month (from February to November) in the Phyllis Hore Room at Kew Library. There are always interesting speakers demonstrating and discussing a broad range of topics relating to gardening with both members and visitors. The meeting is usually followed by afternoon tea which allows time for people to catch up in more detail with the speaker and to socialise with other members. Plant sales available.

BASSCARE North Balwyn Seniors Centre

North Balwyn Rotary Club is part of a 1.2 million strong global organisation that gives service throughout local, national and international communities. Members enjoy social activities also and meet weekly on a Thursday evening.

Balwyn Rotary is part of Rotary International which is the largest humanitarian organisation in the world. Our club runs a number of different projects both for the local community and across the world. We meet weekly at Greenacres Golf Club for our dinner meeting.

Chinese seniors get together for activities such as table tennis, mah-jong, English language lessons, Tai-Chi, choir singing and other cultural activities. Runs on Thursdays. Cost: $15 annual membership.

We promise a warm welcome for guests and visiting Rotarians. We are an active and lively volunteering group in Boroondara who come from all walks of life. We run a monthly Farmers' Market and endeavour to have a lively and interesting number of speakers at our club.
