We offer a full exercise program, weekly bus outings, a Supported Lifestyle Program for people with mild dementia/some cognitive decline, a fortnightly ladies' discussion group, digital learning, table tennis, special events, guest speakers and information sessions, door-to-door transport, allied health podiatry and physio, and more.
