Content components Residential properties whose household bins are collected by us are eligible for 2 live Christmas tree collections in January each year.Bookings are open from 9 am Monday 8 December 2025 and close 2 pm Friday 23 January 2026. Book your collection at least one week before you want your Christmas tree collected. This helps us plan our collection schedule.You can book for a preferred week (not a preferred day). Actual collection will happen any time from 6 am Monday to 4 pm Saturday on your preferred week.Put your Christmas tree on the nature strip outside your property. We can't collect from laneways, driveways or private property.You can put your tree out the weekend before collection. This helps to keep your street looking neat. Please keep the footpath clear.We collect up to 2 real trees per property, not plastic ones or other green waste.
