If protection work notice is required, it’s your responsibility to serve it to your neighbours.You’ll need to provide the following before we can provide the contact details of adjoining property owners:your building surveyors details (including their registration number)a copy of the form 6 determinationa copy of your Building Permit application (Form 1).You'll also need to advise how you've tried to locate the details of the adjoining owner(s) yourself.We can only provide the name and address of adjoining property owners. We cannot provide email addresses or phone numbers. Non-ownersIf you are not the current property owner, you must provide us with written consent from the property owner to access this information.
