Our public ride sessions are designed for casual ‘play and ride’ so your child can experience Kew Traffic School without being part of a school or kindergarten group. There is no Safety Education Program included in the session.
Term 2 public ride sessions
Sessions are available for ages 6 and under every Friday of the second term of school, from 19 April to 28 June 2024, excluding public holidays.
- 9 am to 10:30 am
- 11 am to 12:30 pm
- 1:30 pm to 3 pm.

School holiday public ride sessions
This is a great school holiday activity for children up to 10 years of age.
Sessions are available for 2 age groups (6 years and under, and all ages up to 10 years) during school holidays, excluding public holidays.
School holiday sessions will be listed on our website and bookings will open 2 weeks before the end of term.
About public ride sessions
The cost is $10 per child riding on the track for each session.
- Bookings must be made for all children wishing to ride or scoot on the track
- Individual bookings are limited to 6 children
- Places for each session are capped for safety reasons
- Children must bring their own bicycle or scooter and helmet
- Parents and carers must stay and supervise their children
- Bring your own drinks and snacks.
It is a requirement that all riders on the track wear a helmet at all times.
