If you have a question about our local and family history collection, or would like to make an appointment with one of our specialist librarians to get started on your research, you can Ask a librarian or speak to a staff member at our libraries.

Access to restricted material

Some local history material is rare and fragile, which means it can't be replaced if lost or damaged. Use of this material is at the discretion of the Local and Family History Librarian.

You can request access to restricted local history online or in person at one of our libraries. Requests may take several days to process.
