Discover the benefits of gentle movement followed by guided meditation, designed to release tension and improve overall wellbeing.
This outdoor session will encourage relaxation, mindfulness and a deeper connection with nature. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded and calm.
For adults aged 18 years and over. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a water bottle.
This session will be led by Susie, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher from the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities.
Mental Health Month (MHM) aims to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing and to promote better health for everyone in Australia.
The session will be held outdoors unless the weather is bad.
