Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and enhances overall wellbeing.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of low-impact exercises aimed at improving posture, balance and core strength.
For adults aged 18 years and over.
Pease bring your own mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Some spare mats will be available.
This session will be led by Yanmei, an experienced Pilates instructor from the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities.
Mental Health Month (MHM) aims to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing and to promote better health for everyone in Australia.
The session will be held outdoors unless the weather is bad.
