Tai Chi offers a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, focusing on gentle, flowing movements and deep breathing techniques. You will practice a series of slow, deliberate postures designed to improve balance, mobility and mental clarity.
The activity is suitable for all fitness levels and adults aged 18 years and over.
This session will be led by Anna, an experienced Tai Chi instructor from the Boroondara Leisure and Aquatic Facilities.
Mental Health Month (MHM) aims to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing and to promote better health for everyone in Australia.
The session will be held outdoors unless the weather is bad.
