We offer a range of transport services to help you get to and from your appointments and around your local area.
Fees are subsidised and means tested. This means how much you pay will be based on your financial situation.
Community buses
You can book one of our community buses on a regular basis to pick you up from your home and drive you to local shopping centres, libraries, senior citizen clubs and community health centres.
Our buses operate from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Not-for-profit organisations can also hire our 10-seater community bus (with a hoist). To hire the community bus, the driver needs to have a full Australian drivers' licence.
Volunteer transport
We can organise volunteers to pick you up from your home and take you to medical appointments. This service is available Monday to Friday.
If you would like to volunteer to drive people around, see Volunteer opportunities.
Before you can use our services
You need to be approved by My Aged Care to receive transport services through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) before we can provide you with transport services.
