Enjoy a relaxed, calming workout that is perfect for all fitness levels. Tai Chi increases strength, balance and heart health. It also helps with bone density while engaging the mind and sharpening your concentration. Our classes are great for people who wish to improve their balance, for those returning to exercise following a hospital stay or rehab as well as people who are keen to hone their Tai Chi skills. Runs on Fridays from 10 am to 11 am with morning tea after the class. Cost: free for those taking their first exercise class at Balwyn Evergreen, $15 for CHSP assessed and approved, and $19 for non assessed
