The Eastern Health, Mental Health Program is a central access point for people with a severe mental illness, their carers and family.

headspace Hawthorn provides support, information and advice to young people aged between 12-25 years.

DirectLine provides phone counselling, information and referrals for people experiencing problems with alcohol or other drugs.

Family Violence

Safe Steps Family Violence and Response provides 24 hour support for women and children experiencing violence and abuse from someone close to them.

The Eastern Domestic Violence Service (EDVOS) provides services for women and children responding to and experiencing domestic and family violence.

1800RESPECT provides confidential online and phone counselling, information and referral service for anyone experiencing sexual assault, and domestic and family violence.

Men’s Referral Service provides support by men for men to help them stop using violent and controlling behaviour.
