Surrey Gardens are beautiful heritage listed gardens ideal for:

  • social gatherings
  • small weddings
  • other celebrations.

The landscaped gardens provide a great backdrop to the stone cross (also known as a cenotaph), cannons and unusual artworks.

Bookings

You can book the rotunda and a grass area in the garden for your exclusive use.

You can apply to bring up to 10 chairs and one table for events. 

You can't bring a marquee, arbour or other shade structure.

$170 per hour (includes exclusive use of the rotunda). 

Commercial hire fee $1800.00 per day.

Central Gardens, Wallen Road Reserve and Maranoa Botanic Gardens

$170 per 4-hour block. 

Commercial hire fee $1800.00 per day.

All other parks and gardens

$170 per 4-hour block. 

Commercial hire fee $1800.00 per day.

Event bondminimum $200

Booking times

7 days including public holidays.

April to October: 8 am to 6 pm.

November to March: 8 am to 8:30 pm.
