(Credit cards aren't accepted for direct debit.)Set up or change your direct debit arrangementYou can apply online to set up, update or cancel your rates direct debit.Set up or change your direct debitAlternatively, download a Direct debit request form from the bottom of this page and submit the completed form to us by email, mail or in person.Once you’ve set up direct debit, you don’t need to do anything else. The ESVF won’t be included in the rate cap and any increases will be at the discretion of the Victorian Government. Email the completed form to [email protected] or submit it in person at our offices.Update your details on a rates noticeYou need to let us know if your details change, so we can update your rates notice.Changed details include:change of property ownership (provide copy of title or notice of acquisition)change of name, including after marriage or legal name changes (provide marriage certificate or other legal document)property owner has passed away (provide death certificate)change of residential or mailing addresschange of business name (provide ASIC confirmation).Submit your change of details online and provide supporting documents if required.Update details on your rates noticeIf you receive your rates notice by email, log in and update your details on the eNotices portal.Receive rates notices by emailYou can choose to receive your rates notice by email instead of by mail. Follow these steps:Open our eNotices portal.Select the ‘Sign up’ tab to create an account as a new user.Enter your email address and your ‘eNotices Reference Number’ which is on the front page of your rates notice.Check your email inbox and click the validation link.Enter a password and your mobile number.To add more notices, click 'Add your notice' in your Dashboard and enter the eNotice Reference Number for each additional notice.You'll now receive rates notices by email. You can log in to the eNotices portal to view them any time.You will no longer be posted a paper rates notice.Apply for a Land Information CertificateA Land Information Certificate shows property details including rates, fees and other council charges.
