Obtain a copy of title, copy of plan and covenant for your property.

Step 1

Go to the LANDATA® website and enter your address in the search.

Select "All Products".

Step 3

Search for your address again.

Confirm property details.

Select required certificates (for example, Copy of title, Instrument Search (Covenant), Copy of Plan).

A tabled list of the available certificates related to the property title. The table also shows how long i takes to receive the documents and the cost as of financial year 2025-26.

Step 6

Login or register.

A pop up over the list of available certificates asking users to register or login to use the service.

Step 7

Confirm delivery details.

Delivery details for the requested certificates, with field for an email for documents to be sent to.

Step 8

Pay.
