This information is required for sale of property as part of a Section 32. Anyone can apply for this information.Regulation 51 (2) - Property information for your private surveyor This provides details on whether the building or land is is an area:prone to infestation of termites (Regulation 150 / 151)at risk of significant snowfalls (Regulation 152)at risk of flooding (Regulation 153)designated land or works (Regulation 154)designated as a bushfire prone area (Reg 155).Your building surveyor may request this as part of your building permit application. This information is required for sale of property as part of a Section 32.Anyone can apply for this information.Regulation 51 (3) - Inspection approval datesThis includes any approved dates of the inspections carried out of the mandatory notification stages of building work carried out on the building or land.
