An officer will discuss options with you on application.How to applyYou can apply to host an event up to 2 months before the planned date.Email your request to [email protected] and include:name of your group or organisationtopic (from above list)planned date and timevenue name and addressexpected number of attendeesyour plan to promote the eventyour reason for hosting the event.your planned outcomes.Please note: if approved, we cover some or all of the cost of the presenter. We do not cover catering, venue hire or promotional costs.Eligibility criteriaTo host an event, you must:offer this as a free event at no charge to attendeesexpect at least 25 attendeesensure it is no longer than 2 hours in durationonly apply once per financial year (groups and schools)have a suitable venue that meets the accessibility needs of your audienceprovide a data projector and screenacknowledge the support of City of Boroondara and Living for our Future in your promotional materialacknowledge the support of City of Boroondara and Living for our Future at the beginning of the eventprovide us with feedback after the event.
