Annual permit fee: $98 (per permit, per year).Permit renewals are issued on an annual basis (1 February to 31 January).Quarterly permitsQuarterly permits are available for the traders' parking zones in:Butler Street car park, Camberwell - $669.70Fenton Way off-street car park, Kew - $669.70Junction West car park, Hawthorn East - $669.70Rose Street car park, Hawthorn East - $417Parks in these zones are guaranteed.Quarterly permit fees are per permit, per quarter.Towards the end of each quarter, you'll receive an invoice to renew your permit.TimeframeYou’ll receive a response from us within 10 business days.If your permit application is approved, we’ll email you an invoice for payment. How to applyApply for a traders parking permitAn invoice will be forwarded to you for payment once your application has been approved.Permit numbers are limited and applications are subject to Council approval.If your chosen car park is full, we will add you to a waiting list and contact you once a space becomes available.Read the traders parking permit conditions for the full terms and conditions. Lost or damaged permitsTo replace an existing trader’s parking permit, complete the lost or damaged permit form.If a permit is lost, a statutory declaration must be provided so that a replacement permit can be issued. Replacement fee: $34 per permit.Submit the form by email to [email protected], by post or in person to our council offices. You need to pay the replacement fee when you submit the form.
