Summer in the Park is an outdoor program and we hope to run the events rain, hail or shine. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, please check back here or check the Hawthorn Arts Centre Facebook page for the latest information.
Parking is extremely limited at each venue, so we recommend you walk, ride or catch public transport.
Food and drinks
A great selection of food and hot and cold beverages are available for purchase at all Summer in the Park events.
Alcohol is permitted, but there is no alcohol for sale.
You are welcome to bring your own picnic rugs and cushions. Low beach chairs are also fine. If you do need a chair with legs, make sure you sit near the back, don't obstruct anyone's view and your chair doesn't damage the grass.
We love pups at Summer in the Park events, but they need to be kept on a short leash at all times. You must clean up after your dog and keep it under control.
