Join us for Zorba in the Park as one of Melbourne’s favourite Greek bands, Estudiantina of Melbourne, brings irresistible Mediterranean energy to the Summer in the Park festival hub.
Come and see how our Slow Art Collective installation is taking shape, and take a seat to weave some of your own creation into the structure.
A free Greek dancing class will commence at 5:30 pm before the band takes over for the rest of the evening.
Join us for another vibrant Friday filled with lively tunes, dance-worthy rhythms and joyful community spirit. And if you’re feeling peckish, make a stop at Electrify Boroondara’s sausage sizzle, powered by an electric vehicle. You can chat to their friendly volunteers about how you can adopt more electric habits in your own life too.

About Summer in the Park

Bring the family or meet your mates for an after-work drink. Bring a picnic and a rug and pick your favourite spot as the sun goes down.
Summer in the Park is an LGBTQIA+ safe space.

Getting to Camberwell Civic Precinct festival hub
The festival hub is located near Camberwell Council offices. You can access it via Reserve Road or Inglesby Road.
Parking
Street parking is available on Reserve and Camberwell roads. Please be sure to adhere to parking signs.
Public tansport
The following transport lines have routes that pass the festival site on Camberwell Road:
Bus 612 from Box Hill Station arrives out the front of Camberwell Civic Centre
Tram 75 from Central Pier Docklands to Vermont South arrives out the front of Camberwell Primary School, just next to the festival hub.

Summer in the Park will generally continue in rain, wind or heat.
Food and drink
Electrify Boorondara will be providing an EV-powered sausage sizzle, and the Kombi Van will be selling light snacks and refreshments. Feel free to BYO food and drinks (alcohol permitted) and please remember to dispose of all rubbish in dedicated bins.
