Nick Stavrou speaks to the camera.

I'm very pleased to provide an update on the construction works of our new Kew Recreation Centre.

We've made great progress since our last update. Our builder is continuing to work effectively and safely, navigating the impacts of COVID-19.

The tower Crane is now up in operation, busy delivering materials around the site.

The walls of the learn to swim pool have been constructed, and the base of the 25 meter pool is being poured.

The builders have also started forming and pouring the base of the two sports courts, and very soon we'll start to see the erection of the main structural steel across the site.

Over the coming months, we can expect to see Roofing works commence followed by facade and window glazing.

Once the exterior is complete, work will commence on the internal fit out.

Construction remains on track for a mid-2023 completion.

I look forward to future updates as our new Kew Recreation Centre begins to take shape.

Thank you.
