The Wellbeing Skills Group is a free 6-week group for older adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, stress, low mood or want to improve their emotional wellbeing.
Each week covers a different wellbeing topic:
- Emotional Wellbeing
- Relaxation
- Sleep
- Self-Compassion
- Mindfulness.
The group occurs each Friday starting from 19th April to 24 May, and runs for one hour from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
