'Solace' is an abstract contemporary dance work by local choreographer Katherine Weatherhead. In collaboration with artist Sahil Roy, the piece explores the connection between contemporary dance and visual art. Performed by 12 talented Boroondara youth, 'Solace' examines themes of the unknown, discovery, and growth.
Shadow Cut Youth Dance Company focuses on bringing the local community together to share a passion for dance while empowering young dancers to make social connections and expand their personal development. This production is made possible through the City of Boroondara Community Strengthening Grants Program.
