Event details

Every year on 26 May, National Sorry Day remembers and acknowledges the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, which we now know as ‘The Stolen Generations’.

Join us for a special performance by Kutcha Edwards, multi-award winner, proud Mutti Mutti songman and a survivor of the Stolen Generations using his mesmeric music to create connections across cultures, generations and spaces. At the heart of it Kutcha’s music is pure soul.

We invite the community to join us on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country as we come together to listen, learn and reflect. We also acknowledge the strength and resilience of Stolen Generation survivors.
