Cooking with Induction - workshop

Induction cooktops are becoming more popular. Not only are they an important step in reducing your emissions and making the move to an all-electric house, they're safe, efficient, and have several advantages over cooking with gas. 

Join Open Table, who will demonstrate how easy it is to cook nutritious, healthy, low-emissions meals on an induction cooktop. Whether you are looking for great induction cooking tips, or just want to get the low down on induction cooking, this in-person workshop will bust some myths and provide confidence when making the switch to induction.
