Event details
As Australia’s climate changes, extreme weather events like heatwaves, floods and bushfires are becoming more frequent and severe. To keep communities safe, we need homes that can withstand these challenges and support the people who live in them.
Researchers from Monash, RMIT and the University of South Australia (Monash Project ID 47848) are developing new guidelines for climate-resilient housing.
We’d love to hear from Boroondara seniors—no specialist knowledge is required.
Join our focus group and share your thoughts on:
- How you use your home before, during and after climate events
- What climate resilience means to you and your household.
Your input will help shape homes that better protect people now and into the future.
Interested in taking part? Please complete this short survey and consent form by Monday 6 October.
Light catering provided.
