Seniors Clubs are places where older people can meet to socialise and share activities they enjoy.
More than 25 senior citizen clubs operate in the City of Boroondara. Some clubs have a shared language and cultural background including Greek, Italian, Chinese, Armenian, German and Vietnamese clubs.
These clubs and groups offer regular activities, including outings, bingo, cards, special lunches, guest speakers, concerts and cultural celebrations.
Often, community transport to and from meetings can be arranged to ensure people who can no longer drive or take public transport can still participate.
