On this page Content components Our Community PlanThe Boroondara Community Plan sets out Council’s direction for the next 10 years. It helps us plan, make decisions and allocate resources to achieve our community’s vision of a healthy, connected and sustainable community.It has been developed through extensive consultation with our community. It represents what our community values most in the City of Boroondara and shows how Council will bring our community’s vision to life.The plan includes 3 legislative requirements:10-year Community Vision (2025 to 2035)Council Plan (2025 to 2029)Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan (2025 to 2029).It prioritises the liveability of the City of Boroondara and puts community health and wellbeing at the centre of everything we do. The Boroondara Community Plan 2025–2035 was adopted by Council on 27 October 2025. The PDF available for download is not accessible. An accessible version will be added mid-November. Each theme captures what matters most to our community and sets out the aims and priorities that will guide our work over the next 10 years.
