You can choose to receive your rates notice via email. Once you have registered, you will no longer receive a paper rates notice.
To receive your rates notice via email you need to sign up as a new user.
What you need to sign up
To sign up, you'll need to:
- enter your email address
- enter the eNotices reference number, which is located in the 'e' box to the left of the orange 'total amount due' box on your rates notice
- create a password and enter your mobile number.
If you want to change any personal information on your account, such as your email address or phone number, you can login and update it from your user account.
