Receive your rates notice via email

As an alternative to mail, you can choose to receive your rates notice via email.

There's no extra charge to do this, and once you've registered, you'll no longer receive a paper rates notice.

To receive your rates notice via email you need to register with Council and sign up as a new user.

Register with Council online 

To sign up, you'll need to provide:

  • your name
  • reference number from your rates notice
  • your email address.

You'll also need to create a user name and a password.
