Public notice – Urban Planning Delegated Committee meeting on Monday 13 November 2023 to be held in the Council Chamber

The Mayor has called an Urban Planning Delegated Committee meeting for Monday 13 November 2023.

This meeting will start at 7.30 pm and will take place in the Council Chamber at 8 Inglesby Road, Camberwell.

The Committee will be considering and discussing:

1. Glenferrie Place Plan - Adoption
2. 125 Greythorn Road, Balwyn North - Section 72 amendment to a permit which allows ‘Use and development of the land for the purpose of a childcare centre’ - PP15/00645.01
3. Planning Reforms
4. Amendment C376boro - 442-450 Auburn Road and Bills Street, Hawthorn
5. 27 Willow Grove, Kew East - Buildings and Works associated with a social pavilion and change room facilities, and removal of a pruning to native vegetation - PP23/0579.
