From 4 to 8 September, we're celebrating Women’s Health Week and asking you to put your most important asset first – your health.

Women’s Health Week is a nation-wide campaign led by Jean Hailes. It's Australia’s largest event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all women, girls and gender-diverse people.

To recognise Women’s Health Week in Boroondara, we have a range of activities, including:

  • a yoga class
  • a boxing class
  • Boroondara Wellbeing Conversations: Secrets to Women’s Healthy Ageing
  • Tai Chi in the Park by the YMCA.

View these activities at the bottom of this page to find out more and register.

Menopause and perimenopause interactive information sessions

Following Women's Health Week, from September to November, we’re providing a series of events on the topic of menopause and perimenopause. Each session is free and will provide a welcoming and safe space for people to learn more, connect with others and have an opportunity to share menopausal experiences.

Find out more on our Free series on menopause and perimenopause page.
