Coronavirus (COVID-19): guidance and support.

Council, Services Special Committee and Urban Planning Special Committee meetings are available to watch online.

The quality of the webcast will depend on your device's memory and your internet connection bandwidth. Access to live streams and recordings of Council meetings is provided for personal and non-commercial use.

Watch a meeting live on a computer

  1. Find the meeting you would like to watch. Upcoming meetings are listed below.
  2. Go to the meeting page. A link to the livestreaming system will be available on the meeting page, following the meeting agenda.
  3. Click Watch the meeting live stream.
  4. Once the meeting has started, you will need to complete the name and email address fields.
  5. The password will automatically be entered. If a password is requested, please enter Boroondara2020. 
  6. Click Join Now to open the live stream. You will be prompted to add or run Webex on your internet browser, this is a one-time process.

Watch a meeting live on a mobile device

  1. Download the Webex Meetings app.
  2. Find the meeting you would like to watch. Upcoming meetings are listed below.
  3. Go to the meeting page. A link to the livestreaming system will be available on the meeting page, following the meeting agenda.
  4. Tap Watch the meeting live stream.
  5. Once the meeting has started, you will need to complete the name and email address fields.
  6. The password will automatically be entered. If a password is requested, please enter Boroondara2020.
  7. Tap Join.

Watch past Council meetings

  1. Find the meeting you would like to watch. See the full list of Past Council meetings.
  2. Go to the meeting page. A video will be available on the meeting page, following the meeting agenda.
  3. Press Play.

Videos will be made available as soon as practicable after the meeting.
