On Monday 9 September at the Services Delegated Committee Meeting, Councillors adopted our new Tree Canopy Strategy, Urban Biodiversity Strategy and St James Park Master Plan. Each document was shaped by community feedback our community gave us during consultation. Thank you to everyone who had their say.

These strategies will help us protect and enhance our environment for generations. The master plan also has an environmental focus and will make sure this 160-year-old park in Hawthorn’s character is maintained.
