Our classes are great for people who wish to improve their balance, for those returning to exercise following a hospital stay or rehab as well as people who are keen to hone their Tai Chi skills. Both Chair Tai Chi and regular Tai Chi classes are offered.

Our Evergreen Ramblers Program takes you on a tour around Melbourne's outer metropolitan area every Tuesday from 10 am to 3 pm. Discover or revisit lovely suburbs and townships, stopping to enjoy lunch together at a selection of restaurants, hotels or taverns that we've hand-picked for you. Transport is arranged in our iconic minibus, with pick up and drop off at your doorstep, so you need to do is get comfortable and enjoy the ride. Cost: $27 (Commonwealth Home Support Programme assessed and approved) or $35 (non-assessed). Please note: lunch is an additional cost.

Come for a stroll and reduce your mental load with our free community walking group. Our walking group is inclusive, supportive and flexible. This is a great opportunity to connect with your local community and enjoy a home-cooked meal. You don't need to register for the walks, just join us whenever you feel like it.

Boroondara Stroke Support Group (BSSG) is a support group of stroke survivors and their carers, based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. We are now recognised as one of the most active and innovative community-based stroke support groups in Australia.

Do you feel you have got the hang of basic skills on your computer, tablet and smartphone, but want to build your knowledge and confidence in using technology, smart phones, computers and the internet? If you want to become more familiar with new technology and using your devices this course is for you!

Refine skills, express ideas confidently, and advance towards fluency, confidently express complex ideas, engage in deeper discussions, and unlock study and work opportunities.

This course runs every term throughout the year. We welcome new students at any time, however, you will need an interview with the co-ordinator before enrolling.

The course is run at a Pre-intermediate level 2.
